Tiffany "Tip" Jones is an avid entrepreneur.
She is a business coach and marketing consultant that has spent the last five years birthing new business ideas in the advertising, fashion and nonprofit industries. In 2008, she launched her flagship company, The Consulting Studio, a boutique consulting firm exclusively for the small business owner and aspiring entrepreneur. Under The Studio, she advises new and established companies on the formation of practical business models, brand development, innovative marketing strategies and business plan development, as well as conducting self-esteem and confidence workshops to better ensure entrepreneurial success.
Ms. Jones also maintains dual positions as co-owner of BLUReverywhere, a chic line of denim accessories and handbags for the everyday woman, and Affiliate Director of The Plus Academy Charlotte, a plus-size modeling school for which she was chosen to bring to the Queen City. While successfully organizing the first two semesters for The Plus Academy Charlotte, Ms. Jones used her fashion background as a springboard to also launch POSE Magazine, a print publication highlighting men and women living the plus lifestyle. Expounding on the momentum of her successes, she is adding another project utilizing her business acumen to make an impact where she feels her help is much needed - education.
In 2011, Ms. Jones debuted her cherished organization, The One Dollar College Foundation. This national initiative encourages citizen to donate one dollar or more to help send young adults to colleges and universities on full-ride scholarships while eliminating the burden of student loan debt. The premise of One Dollar College is to unify the people, to encourage the community to uplift our youth in their pursuit of a higher education, and promote giving as a lifestyle.
Most recently, she has joined the telecommunications industry and is excited about this new venture as it will help others achieve their personal goals and create generational change for their families.
